Stop by and say hello to the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council. Let us know your thoughts and concerns. It is a FREE neighborhood event. We will have tours of the Thornton Murphy Community Garden, city services and neighborhood-oriented booths, including Trudy's Hallmark, Idaho Central Credit Union, STA, Southside Community Center, ECEAP Children's Center South YMCA, Manito, and Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington.
