Meet Your Inner Council (IFS Work with Wes)

We all have different parts of us, which are sometimes in harmony, and oftentimes... not so much. The inner critic or perfectionist may battle with the part of us that just wants to relax. The part of us that wants to be seen for who we really are may be at odds with the part of us that is afraid to be known, and prioritizes safety and control. Whatever is going on in your inner world, this workshop will be an opportunity to meet your own parts in a compassionate way, and learn a little bit about what they want, what they're afraid of, and how your whole inner system can work together to live a more creative and fulfilled life.
