Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, where you'll have the chance to bring your inner dragons to life—literally! In this dynamic and interactive session, you'll build, explore, and transform your challenges into powerful tools for growth.

In this workshop, we will use visual storytelling through art and LEGO® Serious Play® technique to explore our barriers to success as freelancers and entrepreneurs. As Participants you will:

1) explore your unique career / business journey,

2) come face-to-face with your significant and persistent challenges (aka dragons) & get a deeper understanding of these barriers,

3) gain fresh insights, share and learn from others.

Through the use of metaphor, art and LEGO® bricks, we will create a playful and empathetic space for participants to explore, build, reflect, and share your experiences and insights. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the blocks that are keeping you from reaching your business goals, fresh insights and intentions for the future.

About your facilitators:

Julia Jelinska is a curiosity partner: from finding creative solutions, empowering effective - and efficient - decision-making to running strategic, innovation or problem-solving sessions – with groups, leadership teams and / or individuals. With over 15 years of experience in auditing and risk management in international corporations, she has been navigating complex landscapes and has helped others unleash their potential to take action. Julia is all about connections – be it people, ideas, or needs. This extensive knowledge base of how a good idea is built into actual practice, she now applies to her core passion: facilitating creation within teams and for individuals, helping design value-driven and solution-oriented co-creation, as well as supporting others on their transformational journeys.

Supriya Rakesh is a facilitator and educator with a PhD in Organizational Behavior, and 15 years of experience across corporate, consulting, academic and creative roles. She draws upon her multi-disciplinary background in organizational research and human resources, fiction-writing and storytelling, improvised theater and psychodrama, to design and facilitate learning interventions. Through her approach rooted in positive psychology and applied arts, she creates playful, safe and nourishing spaces for reflection, exploration, dialogue and transformation.
