PURE BARRE - FREE CLASS
Please join us for a free full-body workout with Purre Barre Class!
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. So you can fill out the safety waiver.
You will be shown where to store your belongings, and will be shown the equipment that will be used for class – typically a set of light weights, a ball, and a tube. Your teacher will bring you a mat halfway through class.
They recommed wearing pants, leggings, or capris that you are comfortable in and a workout tank or t-shirt.
You will also need a pair of sticky socks (grip socks) to prevent your feet from sliding in class and for studio hygiene. They will be selling Breast Cancer grip socks you can purchase. Shoes will be removed, and sticky socks will be put on before entering class.
Just bring your a pair of grip socks, water, a towel, and a positive attitude!
Please do not bring your cell phone into class. If you’re expecting an important call, you’re welcome to leave your cell phone at the front desk and we’ll alert you if you’re needed.
