Meet the Winemaker Dinner: Sinegal Estate

Please join us in welcoming Nick Moraida, Sinegal Estate Winemaker, for dinner as he makes his first appearance in Texas. To celebrate, because everything must be bigger in Texas, he is also bringing the new 2023 DETAILS by Sinegal Rosé with him that has never been poured in public yet. So, join us for a night of Sinegal Estates and DETAILS by Sinegal wines paired, with a three-course meal prepared by Chef Juan Pablo Silva.

EVENT DETAILS: The evening will begin at 6:30pm in the exclusive Cave Society Wine Room for your first taste of Sinegal Estate wine, paired with a canapé. Then, everyone will be escorted up to Bacchus Kitchen + Bar for several more pours, paired with a delectable three-course meal from Chef Juan Pablo Silva.
