𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼 & 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 → bozar.link/LouiseOFrescoLouise O. Fresco has spent her whole life working on issues of food, as a thinker, scientist, and writer of both non-fiction and fiction. She has an immense body of work to her name, gives lectures around the world, and engages in dialogue with scientists, leaders and policymakers, always centred on the question: how can we feed 8 billion people today, and soon even 10 billion? An interactive evening on food and progress, and the role that proteins and technology play in shaping both.
This talk is organised in collaboration with Cultureghem and FIAN as part of the European Beautifood programme, which fosters reflection on food justice through art, community, and participation.
