A beloved tradition in Boulder since 1986, biennially in even numbered years, Historic Boulder, Inc. presents “Meet the Spirits” in the Columbia Cemetery. Come travel back in time and get to know some of Boulder’s dearly departed permanent “residents” of the Cemetery portrayed by community volunteers through engaging and costumed presentations. Meet the Spirits is an interactive way to learn about Boulder’s history and preservation of the cemetery. Come young and old and connect with our town’s story on a personal level.
Fourth Graders get in free in support of Colorado History Studies!
Your ticket gives you entry and a map of the cemetery...you may visit the spirits in any order that you wish during that time. There will be a scavenger hunt and activities for kids and other surprises may appear.
