John F. Kennedy (JFK) Airport is undergoing a transformation to bring the world a whole new JFK, a piece of that is the JFK Transformation Terminal 4 Project by JFKIAT which is currently budgeted around $154M.

JFKIAT invites you to an event entitled

Meet The Primes –

Signage Package 2: LED Signage, Ornamental Metals, Trucking, Carpentry, Electrical, Painting, and Warehouse Space!

The Holdrooms Package is the continuation of this amazing project whose amenities & quality will be compared to the highest level of quality known in design & construction. It is an outstanding opportunity for any firm to be involved with this aspect of the project.

This event provides the opportunity for subcontractors and suppliers to meet and have real discussions with the possible prime contractor for this package. Each prime contractor must submit their bid with the appropriate minimum participation from certified MBE (20%) firms, certified WBE (10%) firms, and certified SDVOB (3%) firms. There is also a serious focus on providing contracts for firms that fall in the area surrounding JFK (Priority Zone 1). You are NEEDED at this meeting.
