Engage in connecting current events with an exploration of abolition, past and present. Find out what YOU can do after you go deeper into your spirit and your heart while connecting with others in your community. Modern day slavery is thriving in our prisons and communities. Tour the Underground Railroad sites with Keith Kohlmann, hear a new idea for the correctional system, and then learn how to be a true ally to people impacted by the prison system. Day two starts dialog with people who work with people in prison and then brainstorming what needs to happen in our diverse communities, make a plan and get support on making it happen!!
