The vineyard at Curator Wine Co was first established in the late 1980’s and the onsite CWCo winery was built prior to the 2020 vintage. Within the estate are eight individual blocks, each with unique soil profiles, including quartzite, blondstone, ironstone, alluvial clay loam, sandy loam over clay, and black crackling clay
Winemaker and proprietor, Tom White, is passionate about curating individual wines from each block to show their differences and add complexity. The goal is to make wines that reflect their site through minimal handling and intervention
Tom has been making waves in the wine scene and his wines have been receiving glowing reviews from wine fanatics across Australia, our very own sommelier Jake hunted him down and asked him to host this lunch with us as he's such a fan of his wines
