The second dinner of a series of connecting local farmer to the tables of ‘cille & ‘scoe.
Come join us in putting a face to local farmers with incredible product, restoring breath in the local movement, honing in to the importance of sustainable and humane practices, and uncovering the difference in taste that comes with the local mindset (especially farmers who care about + honor their craft).
Carroll Moseley, the father of Tara Reaves (co-owner of 'cille & 'scoe), grew up in a small town in Virginia surrounded by a variety of farms… needless to say, he worked his way through college pulling tobacco, milking cows, and working with a variety of crops.
At 60 years of age, this interconnected vision with his daughter and son-in-law (farm + restaurant), brought a lifelong passion to life for Farmer Pop (Carroll) and Rolling Meadow Farm was born onto an abandoned 60-acre farm in Browns Summit, NC, only 14 miles up the road from the restaurant. It is now home to a small herd of beef cattle, a breathtaking barn venue (completion estimated early 2025), and a variety of farm fresh produce.
Please come join us for an incredible evening of conversation and good food highlighting the summer bounty of Rolling Meadow Farm.
There will be space at the end of the meal for questions and collaborative discussion with dinner guests.
** this event will NOT be vegetarian, though it will highlight the farm produce
Tickets include four courses, tax, & gratuity. No modifications or substitutions.
