🏈 What Is "Meet the Chiefs"?
It’s a community tailgate-style event where athletes, including football JV and freshman teams, varsity players, cheerleaders, band members, Chiefettes, cross country runners, and support staff are introduced. Leading up to a scrimmage—vs. Sweetwater —many teams are recognized .
The evening begins with JV and freshman scrimmages (typically around 5:00 pm) followed by formal introductions and acknowledgments of participating programs. The varsity football scrimmage kicks off shortly after (around 6:15 pm) .
