Are you passionate about cooking, creativity, and building a career in the culinary world? 🍳✨Join us for Meet the Chef, the kickoff event for Hollywood Casino Toledo’s Culinary Apprentice Program, on Thursday, September 11th at 10 AM.
This 90-minute session is your chance to talk directly with our chefs, explore career path options, and learn how our program can help you grow into a professional culinary career. Please be prompt — seating is limited, and doors will close 5 minutes after the event begins.
About the Program:
Our 12-week Culinary Apprentice Program combines on-the-job training with culinary curriculum and skill-set development.
Apprentices will:
Rotate throughout different culinary outlets across our property.
Gain hands-on training and learn the duties of multiple kitchen positions.
Build professional culinary techniques and skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Receive mentorship from seasoned chefs every step of the way.
Program Details:
Starting rate: $15.32/hour
Successful graduates: $16.26/hour + full-time position
Day 1 benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.
Open to candidates with limited to little experience — bring your passion for cooking and creativity!
