Meet the Buddhas – short teaching, chanted prayers & party

This is an opportunity for everyone to come together and get to know each other a little better and better understand our regular prayers here. Our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Khacho will give an inspiring and informational talk on a particular prayer and its significance to our daily life!

We begin the evening with a short talk and then a practice of chanted prayers and meditation associated with a particular Buddha. Through this practice we deepen our experience of meditation and our connection to joyful and empowering blessings. The puja includes a guided meditation and runs for about an hour. You may bring an offering of food or drink if you wish.

We will enjoy the food that was offered at the puja. As with everything we do at our Center, our parties are also run by volunteers. If you would like to contribute in some way to help make the night a success, please get in touch with [email protected]
