Meet the Bartender | Cocktail Class at The Study

Our 1.5-hour cocktail class is designed to immerse you into the world of mixology while enjoying a cocktail made by your new favorite bartender - YOU! We're partnering with Roku Gin to bring you an Old Town Cocktail Week celebration like none other!

Doors open at 2:00 PM with a welcome cocktail and bites from The Study. By 2:15 PM, grab a seat at the dining room and get to know your host for the evening, Manny Pressley. Manny will share the history of your welcome cocktail, which is always a well-known classic. Then the fun begins as you transform the classic cocktail recipe to something even more delicious with Manny's step-by-step expertise.

With all the ingredients laid out, Manny will teach you how to add your own twist to a classic cocktail recipe and educate you on how different flavors can affect certain cocktails and spirits. By the end of the evening, you've created your own cocktail to enjoy and have a new recipe to take home and recreate.
