Looking for something bookish to do during October half-term?
Join us at Chapters & Chai as we welcome Middlesbrough children's author Tony Frais for a special book signing.
Tony is the author of three children's adventures featuring some rather unusual journeys.
Noah's Rocket brings the story of Noah's Ark into the modern world, as Noah attempts to build an enormous space rocket capable of carrying two of every living thing to safety from an approaching flood.
Young readers can also join Stanley the spider on his adventures. In Stanley's Space Adventure, he travels to the planets Fruton and Vegeton, where rival fruit and vegetables need a little help learning to live in harmony. Then, in Stanley Saves the Amazon Rainforest, Stanley returns home to discover his habitat under threat and sets out on a mission to save it.
Full of adventure, imagination and important messages for young readers, Tony's books are a great addition to your half-term reading.
Come along to meet Tony, chat to him about his stories and pick up some personally signed copies.
