Join us at Nurture Mind Body Spirit for a very special Meet the Author event with Susan Rose, Certified YogaKids Teacher and author of two beloved children’s yoga books.

📖 Susan will read from her story Everybody’s Good at Something: Yoga Tales from the Gym, a playful and uplifting tale that encourages kids to discover what makes them unique and confident.

🧘 After the reading, your little ones will enjoy a mini kids’ yoga session—a chance to stretch, breathe, and have fun through movement.

Perfect for children ages 4–10 and their parents, this event blends storytelling, self-confidence, and mindful fun.
