📌 Szeretettel várunk február 12. (szerda) 18:00 órakor Fürjesi Csabával egy beszélgetésre ahol megvitatjuk a kiállítás képeit!
Fürjesi Csaba (1969) festészet, fotográfia és installációk mellett intenzíven foglalkozik grafikai eljárásokkal, a magasnyomási technikák kiterjesztésének lehetőségével és a grafikai technikák kombinációival. Az általa kifejlesztett „Multitypie” grafikai eljárásért több díjat is kapott, többek között a Slavi Soucek Grafikai és a Citè des Arts párizsi ösztöndíját 2020-ban.
Fürjesi az alkotásaiban a konkrét idő és a relatív időérzékelés kérdései között egyensúlyoz. Kiszakítja a megszokott objektumokat és sémákat eredeti kontextusukból, az idő lelassul és kitágul, a világ egy pillanatra megáll, a valóság és fikció pedig összeolvad.
Az azonos témájú, szuverén művei különböző formákban történő egymás mellé helyezése egyfajta intellektuálisan harmonizáló bricolage-ként jelennek meg a kiállítótérben.

📌 You are welcome to join us on Wednesday 12 February at 18:00 for a discussion with Csaba Fürjesi to talk about the pictures of the exhibition! The language of the event is Hungarian.
In addition to painting, photography and installations, Csaba Fürjesi (1969) is intensively engaged in graphic processes, the possibility of extending letterpress techniques and combinations of graphic techniques. He has been awarded several prizes for his "Multitypie" graphic process, including the Slavi Soucek Graphic and the Citè des Arts Paris Scholarship in 2020.
In his work, Fürjesi balances between questions of concrete time and the relative perception of time. He takes familiar objects and patterns out of their original context, time slows down and expands, the world stops for a moment, and reality and fiction merge.
The juxtaposition of sovereign works with the same subject matter in different forms appears as a kind of intellectually harmonizing bricolage in the exhibition space.
