Come on down to Auntie's to welcome local(ish) authors Lora Senf & Clare Edge! Lora will be celebrating the release of her third novel in the Blight Harbor series, "The Loneliest Place". Clare Edge will be debuting with their new book, "Accidental Demons".
Both are exciting middle reader novels! I know, I've read them ;)

About The Loneliest Place

About Lora Senf
Lora Senf is a writer of dark and twisty stories for all ages. She is the author of "The Clackity", Bram Stoker Award winner "The Nighthouse Keeper", "The Loneliest Place", and the forthcoming "The Losting Fountain". She credits her love of words to her parents and to the public library that was within walking distance from her childhood home. Lora finds inspiration for her writing in her children’s retellings of their dreams, on road trips through Montana, and most recently while reminiscing about summer days spent on her bike. She lives in Spokane with her husband, their twins, and two cats who refuse to help around the house (which is probably haunted).
About Accidental Demons
Conjuring demons seems like something you should totally not be able to do by accident, right? Well, normally it isn't. But Bernadette Crowley is the perfect storm of magical accidents.
For the youngest in a long line of witches, demons used to be no big deal. A spell and a quick prick of the finger, and a witch like Ber could summon a demon to do anything she needed--clean a mess, send a message, you name it. But that was before Ber was diagnosed with diabetes. Now each time she tests her blood sugar, accidental demons are slipping into the human dimension...and causing absolute chaos.
Good thing Ber and her older sister, Maeve, know that every magical problem has a magical solution. They'll just conjure a low-order demon to monitor her blood sugar Bonus: they only have to bend one or two teeny, tiny rules. But before they know it, they've stumbled into deeper, more mysterious magic than they ever could have predicted. And soon it's not just Ber's magic but her entire coven that's in danger.
About Clare Edge
Clare Edge is an author (and witch) who was raised in the Rocky Mountains. Their debut middle grade series "Accidental Demons" is forthcoming from Harper. They have too many degrees, too few cats, and often too much or too little blood sugar. They hold masters degrees from University of Limerick (MA) and University of Montana (MFA). Clare is also a typewriter poet with Ars Poetica and can be found on most socials as @clarewonders and online at clareedge.com
