Drawing inspiration from his time honing his craft in Singapore and frequenting the historic riverside Boat Quay, celebrated for its rich history and vibrant culinary scene, Becca Restaurant & Garden’s Executive Chef Edgar Kano brings an authentic taste of Singapore to the beach.
