Join us to meet author (the wonderful) Matt Cain and celebrate the paperback release of his latest novel One Love. Matt will be sharing his story with us and talking about his writing. His previous books include The Madonna of Bolton, The Secret Life of Albert Entwistle and Becoming Ted.
A writer, broadcaster and a leading commentator on LGBT+ issues, Matt was Channel 4’s first Culture Editor, Editor-In-Chief of Attitude magazine, has written for all the major national newspapers and is a regular presenter on Virgin Radio Pride. He's also an ambassador for Manchester Pride and the Albert Kennedy Trust, plus a patron of LGBT+ History Month.
Born in Bury and brought up in Bolton, Matt now lives in London with his husband, Harry, and their cat, Nelly.

What you can expect from the evening: Matt will be in conversation and will answer audience questions for 45 minutes to an hour. This will be followed by a book signing. There will be books for sale on the evening. The bar will be open!
