Parking: Palafox Street is currently closed to vehicles due to construction, but sidewalks remain open. V Paul’s is accessible via the front entrance on Palafox Street or the rear entrance from the paid parking lot behind the building (red lot). Many City-owned parking areas marked with blue and teal signage are currently free during construction.
