Cook Book
“Anyone Can Cook Caribbean Fusion is a book that encourages its readers to have fun and play with flavors familiar and some not so familiar. My love for food is an affair that started out very early and has always just made sense. I often refer to my love and passion for cooking as the greatest love story ever told. My first and true love. My most rewarding and fruitful love. When it came to us, I never had to try hard. Things always kind of just fell into place. Combining flavors from my Caribbean roots with flavors I grew to love growing up in America felt effortless, almost mandatory. Finding ways to incorporate authentic spices and seasonings I grew up with was a practice I unconsciously inherited over the years while creating these international fusion recipes and I’m excited to share them with you. You must promise to always cook these recipes with an open heart, an open mind and an adventurous palette.
