FREE MEET & GREET! ?Meet the sisters and owners behind Fit Moms on the Move (Fit MOM) and the amazing midwives and staff of Alba Birth Center!
We've partnered up to give you a great opportunity to meet and learn from pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialists and fitness experts Drea and Brit, along with meeting the midwives at Alba Birth Center and learning how they can provide a birth experience you've always wanted!
The evening will include:
? a quick educational session including learning about the importance of activating the deep core and why EVERY mom should learn it
? a quick and simple 10-minute lower abs activation routine you can do at home with Drea and Brit
? a tour of the newly remodeled GORGEOUS birth center
? short presentation of the empowering birth experience and support system that Alba Birth Center offers families
? plenty of time for Q&A and conversation
? healthy snacks
