The Capt. S Claus Program is a mental health-conscious initiative aimed at bringing joy and holiday spirit to military members, veterans, and their families. It features Capt. S Claus, a veteran who embodies the traditional Santa Claus, visiting various military events, bases, and Vet Centers. The program includes free meet-and-greets, holiday lunches, and the distribution of toys and art supplies to promote mental wellness through creative activities. It’s part of the True Top 1% Foundation's efforts to spread cheer while raising awareness about mental health within the military community.
