Before his author journey, Hayden got his start behind the scenes on the Food Network, and assisting Molly Yeh, learning the behind-the-scenes work of recipe development, styling, and content creation. His cookbook showcases both classic and inventive Midwestern recipes, from Tater-Tot Hotdish to Frosted Cinnamon Caramel Rolls.
