About this Event
Chief Lisa Parker and the Public Defender’s office invites you to come and learn about the services and resources made available through the office.
The day is comprised of three separate events.
11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Ask the Attorney
The community is invited meet Public Defenders and 'Ask the Attorney' any legal questions you may have.
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Current Attorneys can fulfill their CLE Ethics and Professionalism requirements with a FREE CLE training instructed by Judge Ronald Johnson and Chief Lisa Parker.
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Chief Parker would like to officially meet you. As she steps into her second year, she is inviting the community to come and hear the vision for the Public Defender’s office.
The event will serve as a public invite to meet Chief Parker and other Criminal Justice Stakeholders. We look forward to seeing you there.
The FREE event is held at Southern University Law Center.
