About this Event

Angela Newman, Medline Senior Director of Market Solutions.

Angela has held a variety of roles at Medline in her 8 years. She has led a team of over 40 field-based clinicians specializing in Urology, Vascular, Respiratory, Skin Health and Perioperative. She has also spearheaded the development of patient safety solutions tackling: CAUTI, Pneumonia, SSI, BSI, and Safe Patient Handling.

Prior to Medline she spent 10 years as an adult critical care nurse, and 2 years managing the critical care unit at a large hospital in the Chicagoland area.

Newman is an active member of a variety of clinical professional organizations, including partnerships with the American Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau, Association for Vascular Access, and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology.

Newman holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rush University and an MBA in healthcare administration from Western Governors University.
