Meditative Tea Sit with Marissa

Join Marissa Nash of Herbal Evenings + The Well Studio for an intimate Meditative Tea Sit hosted at Wake Acupuncture's new pop-up studio in Northern Liberties.

In this tea seat, guests will gather for a cozy morning of community centered around the spiritual and meditative benefits of tea. Guests will experience and learn the difference between Puerh + Oolong teas and an introduction to tea as a form of living meditation.

We will experience tea as meditation, sip on tea together, learn about Puerh + Oolong teas, and create our own winter tea ritual for the months ahead.

Marissa will also be answering any questions on getting started in your own journey with tea as a form of meditation & self-inquiry.

This will be a very intimate gathering & spaces are limited to 8 guests.

The Puerh + Oolong teas that we will be working with are caffeinated.
