As the series unfolds, deepen focus, release stress, and build support well-being and connection through art.
In this session, settle into deep listening as resonant tones from singing bowls, gongs, and contemplative instruments wash through the galleries. The layered sounds quiet the mind, ease stress, and create a grounded sense of presence among the art on view.
