In our fast-paced world, take a moment to pause and breathe. Stitch Meditation is an artful practice that combines creativity with mindfulness and self-care. Focus on the textures, colours, and simple stitches as you rhythmically create something uniquely yours. Learn simple stitching techniques and explore how fabric and thread can help centre your thoughts. Each participant will leave with their own stitched creation—a tangible reminder of the beauty of slowing down.
All materials included. Students may wish to bring a small piece of fabric, lace or something meaningful to incorporate into their stitched work.
