During the Meditative Mind Workshop Series participants will enjoy three workshops sessions, each focusing on a different theme:
Session 1: Meditation to Relax the Mind, Body and Soul
Session 2: Meditation to Channel Your Unique Creativity
Session 3: Meditation to Empower Your Intuition
At each session participants will enjoy guided meditations, reflective conversations, good vibes, warm tea, heart-centred connections and learning activities.
