Guided by a seasoned art professional, you'll explore the calming practice of meditative art, a powerful tool to express your inner thoughts and emotions while cultivating a deep sense of calm and relaxation. This Masterclass is perfect for both beginners looking to dip their toes into the world of meditative art, and experienced artists wanting to add another dimension to their artistic practice.

In this 2-hour session, you will not only learn the basic techniques of creating meditative art, but also discover how to use art as a tool for relaxation, focus, and personal growth. By the end of the session, you'll walk away with your very own masterpiece and an enriched understanding of the transformative power of mindful artistry.

We believe the journey of self-expression should continue beyond the confines of the workshop. Hence, each participant will receive a bookmark template and a pen kit to take home, enabling you to continue your meditative art journey at your own pace.
