6:55pm - Doors open
7:00-7:10pm - Sit and Set
7:10-7:40pm - Exploration of Meditation
7:40-7:55pm - Ponderlings and Processings
7:55-8:00pm - Clearing, Cleaning, and Closing
$10/1x door charge
