Yoga Nidra Meditation - Fridays 5:30pm

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice involving body sensing and self-inquiry while in a relaxed, receptive state. This process guides you through a series of inquiries welcoming sensations, breath, emotions, beliefs, images, and memories that arise within your awareness. iRest® (Integrative Restoration) is a modern adaptation of this practice. It is integrative as it seeks to heal unresolved issues present in the body and mind, and restorative as it enables the experience of that unchanging awareness of yourself as whole, healthy, and peaceful. This class will begin with a brief asana practice to relax the body and then you will be invited to settle into a reclined or other comfortable, supported position, while you are guided through a full Yoga Nidra practice.

Your teacher, Ed Davidson, is a Level 2 iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and a graduate of The Yoga Room's 500 hour Advanced Studies Program. He is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500)
