Want to try meditation but unsure where to begin? Join Ricky R. for an exploratory workshop of meditation techniques that can be applied to your daily life. Meditation techniques discussed and experienced will range from breath awareness and mantra (repeated sounds or phrases), chakra, and walking meditations. Meditation is an excellent addition to a yoga practice. As one uses asana to strengthen and purify the physical body, one must explore meditation as a means to strengthen the neutral observer and cultivate a clarity of mind. Cost is $25 per student, and you can pre-register on our app or at the front desk. Feel free to bring a pencil and paper for notes. See you there!
