Meditation Workshop at Berryessa Library

Join us for the relaxing Zen meditation workshop at Berryessa Library! Beginners are welcome!

In this workshop, we will be going through the fundamentals of Zen meditation, including step-by-step meditation instructions on:

• Proper postures & breathing techniques
• How to relax body and mind
• Focus training
• Experience of chi, the life force within us
• Find inner joy and peace

The session will be interactive, with several exercises to practice the various techniques that will help us relax and focus.

Please note that this workshop is open to the community at Berryessa Library. After entering the library, please follow the sign to the community room on your left, where our session will be held. Registration is not required, but you will be asked to sign a waiver if this is your first time participating.
