This 1-hour class will be hosted by Reiki Master and Complimentary health practitioner Courtney Pistone and will begin with an introduction to meditation and its benefits. There will be an opportunity for Q&A before we move into the 30-minute meditation. While in the meditation Courtney will offer her Reiki healing energy to those who wish to receive it.This class will leave you feeling relaxed refreshed and at peace. No experience is necessary and this class is perfect for those who would like to start something new. Class will be held in the library before normal business hours for your privacy. Courtney has been hosting meditation with Reiki groups for over 5 years, it is her passion to share her wisdom and love with others.
