This offering combines the soothing vibrations of sound meditation with the nurturing support of gentle restorative yoga postures.
You will be guided through calming breath work, and fully supported postures, while being bathed in therapeutic soundscapes—crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle drumming. This combination of healing properties will help quiet your mind, release tension, and restore your energetic balance.
