Join Sage Sanctuary Founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez for this Guided Meditation + Sound Bath. Enjoy a guided meditation that allows us to unwind and detach from the stresses of the week. Allow the body to melt in relaxation. And bathe in the soothing sounds on offer. A 20 minute meditation leads us into a 45 min of sound with crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more.
