In today’s world we are constantly flooded with an overload of stimuli and demands that, over time, tend to compromise not only our health and well-being, but also our sense of self. This weekend learn about the ancient practice of yoga nidra that has been shown to have many health-benefits - from alleviating insomnia and anxiety to increasing vitality and creativity.

Remove yourself from the distractions of life as accomplished teacher Kalindi guides you through practices to align your best health as you restore your energy and mental clarity. Learn and experience simple tools you can practice at home and apply to every situation of life.

We will use a powerful fusion of breath, body and awareness techniques to effortlessly drift into states of meditation. This sets the stage for the optimal inner condition that allows healing and vitality to arise.

The day and half session begins at 9 am on Saturday, February 11 with body movement, light breakfast, discussion on the science behind the practice, two morning sessions, a break for lunch with free time to walk on the beach and process your personal experience and experience another session. Sunday, February 12 at 9 am, starts with warmup, light breakfast, discussion on building intentions, a final experience and personalizing intentions. The retreat ends at 1 pm on Sunday.
