Meditation, Painting Aum & Picnic

We will start the workshop with introduction on meditation, the practice of meditation, the meaning of AUM, followed by a meditation with the sound of nature & the ocean. The second part of the workshop is painting the symbol AUM with all art supplies provided. There will be yummy & healthy snacks as well.

WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS WORKSHOP:

- Let your inner artist out to paint the sacred symbol AUM

- Yummy & healthy snacks: fruits, fresh vegan rolls, some vegan & GF snacks.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE WORKSHOP:

- Your own water bottle and lunch ( if you wish to bring your own lunch - Note: some light snacks, fruits, fresh spring rolls will be provided by host)

- Your own cushion & blanket if you would like some extra comfort. ( Note: Some cushions & light blankets are provided by host)
