Meditation of Twin Hearts with Eva Flowers

As a part of our student appreciation day and celebrating Sun Yoga's 15th birthday Eva will be offering this special meditation.

Meditation on Twin Hearts is a guided meditation developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. It activates the heart and crown chakras and allows practitioners to bless the earth with loving-kindness. This practice promotes inner peace, emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall well-being. It is a core practice within Pranic Healing; a no-touch energy healing system that works with prana, or life force, to cleanse and balance the aura and chakras to support physical, emotional, and mental health.
