Get ready to unwind and find your inner peace with a calming mindfulness session at The Chattery - it's time to relax and recharge!
About this Event

Enter into a guided mindfulness practice that includes guided meditation, mindful movement, and journaling with a guided prompt. The time together will also include coloring with mandalas, reflecting and sharing (optional), intention setting and a closing meditation.

Please bring your favorite journal and pen to write with and wear comfortable clothes. Coloring materials will be provided. The mindful movement section will last 10 minutes and includes gentle movement to aid in mind-body connection.

About the teacher:

Holli Hutson has been teaching for over 20 years in the Chattanooga area. She holds a MA in Theater Education with an emphasis in dance and is a Licensed Fletcher Pilates Provider. She has taught movement and dance at East Hamilton Middle High, Chattanooga Ballet, Siskin Fitness Center, Mountain Arts Community Center, CSAS, and Chattanooga State. She has taught Pilates at the YMCA, Chattanooga Theatre Centre, Siskin Fitness Center as well as Pilates privates in homes.
