MEDITATION MONDAYS

Time to Unwind. To Breathe. To Connect to the Peace Within.

A night for you, and to be with others who desire to go deeper into our truth, our knowing, our peace. Our oneness.

ALL are welcome. NO meditation experience needed. All faiths/no faith welcome. This is not a religious or structured thing. Each gathering reveals its own magic and is always WONDERFUL.

Any/all genders, ages 13 and up. New folks show up every week and feel immediately at home. Bring a friend. Or two. Or come solo. You are never alone.

No yoga mat. No crossed legs. No mantras. We sit on comfy chairs. (Some prefer the floor!) Come as you are. BE as you are.

Water and tea (and hot cocoa!) provided.
