Immerse yourself in meditation amidst the tranquil beauty of Yampa River Botanic Park. Join Andrea Abrahamson, a Certified Instinctive Meditation® instructor, for guided meditation among the flowers and trees, listening to birds and experiencing the beauty of nature.
Meet on the Green at 5:30 pm Tuesdays, June 11 & 25, July 2 & 16, Aug. 13 & 27, Sept. 3 & 17. Weather permitting.
Donations appreciated.
Bring something comfortable to sit on, water, sunscreen and bug spray. If you enjoy writing or drawing, bring a journal to write or draw in at the end of the meditation.
