Meditation in a Conversation - Real connection to yourself and others

Are you looking for answers, everywhere except where you’ll find them?

If you’re searching for clarity and direction, they are available right now in this moment, when you start to look within yourself, and become aware of how you’re creating your reality.

With this Mindfulness practice in the form of a conversation, by connecting deeply with ourselves and others, we will create a space to cultivate our own inner knowing.

Through exercises based on Mindfulness and Embodied Listening introduced at the beginning of each session, we will develop our capacity together to listen authentically to ourselves, so giving us awareness and insight.

Paying attention to what’s happening in the body, emotions and mind in the moment, gives us the Presence to be more self-directed.

Using this Presence we will explore the questions relevant to our lives that are most immediate to help us be happier and more successful.

This practice will gradually help you:

• Connect to your emotions.
• Be more at ease and alignment in your body and mind.
• Get inspiration.
• Develop Intuition to help you make decisions.
• Improve your relationships and connect with others on a much deeper level.
• Become unstuck in different areas of your life and take action.

I spent many years meditating, unable really to translate that practice into my daily life. When I discovered this, it felt like a revelation, a missing piece that’s helping me get awareness of how I create my life.

About me

I am a qualified Transformational & Career Coach, trained in London in 2016. I bring my personal life experience to my work having transitioned career and country to be more in-tune with who I am.

I am passionate about helping people connect deeply to themselves, bringing out their creativity and gifts for the world through their work.

I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years, and spent 5 years living and facilitating the space at a retreat centre on a tiny island in Scotland, established by a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, one of the pioneers of mindfulness in the UK.

I believe meditation and mindfulness are wonderful tools which help people gain clarity and focus by creating a space to listen deeply within.

They have certainly helped me a great deal!
