About this Event
Finally we can all be together again! Ahh! Yay!
Join Grit and Bluboho as we offer a workshop about MEDITATION~ it's something we can actually do to help grow our brains, feel calmer and more like ourselves, and combat that fun fight-or-flight thing that we keep feeling.
Grit is a company that started in Vancouver about 6 years ago. Since launching, we've been able to lead thousands of people in workshops about their own brain health and resilience. Our aim is to bring warmth and goofiness to something we think is incredibly important: Mental Health!
We'd love for you to join us. Everyone is welcome :)
*Please bring something to sit on (a pillow/yoga mat/ fold out chair/ whatever!) and a water bottle, if you'd like. :)
