ADMC Half-Day Sit. Join us for a 3-hour silent meditation to encourage deeper stillness and concentration. The half-day sit is a powerful way to deepen your meditation practice with the support of the sangha.
Each hour we will sit in silent meditation for 45 minutes, and walking meditation for 15 minutes.
Please arrive at 9:25 am for a prompt start. Instruction is available to beginning meditators at 9:20 am.
