Join us for Frequency Collective Meditation Group,, a grounding space designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. Each session follows our Inner Light theme and each week we rotate through three meditation styles:

🌿 Mindfulness (Vipassana) — noticing thoughts and sensations without judgment🌙 Body Scan — slowly guiding awareness through the body🌬️ Movement Meditation — gentle, intentional motion like yoga, tai chi, or mindful walking

🧘‍♀️ What you’ll experience:

• Guided meditation + breath awareness
• Nervous system calming
• Space for reflection + inner clarity
• A supportive environment to fully drop in
